Physio Led Pilates (Online Course)
Welcome to our online Physiotherapy led Pilates programme. It focuses on the principles of Pilates, allowing you time to progress safely as a complete beginner, by educating you about the muscles and exercises used to increase flexibility and strength and ease pain.
The course is set up with components that can be watched together to create a 1 hour Pilates class, including meditation, warm up exercises, Strength and flexibility exercises and a cool down. In total there are 52 exercises included for you to follow along with.
