Introducing two new “Healthy Bones” classes this September. These classes will focus on maintaining healthy bone density and muscle strength under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Building bone density reduces problems associated with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
A combination of balance, function-based, strengthening, and bone loading exercises will be taught in these classes. The excercise program will help strengthen your bones, reduce the risk of fractures, increase your mobility, and maintain your independence. Classes will be small, with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure dedicated instruction and guidance.
Starting September 5th and 7th :
€80 for a 6 week block of classes.
