2023 Pilates Classes - next block starting September 5th
Physio Led Pilates classes are held in our dedicated Pilates Studio in the courtyard at the rear of the physiotherpy clinic. Our physiotherapists love teaching these classes that encourage physical and mental health in this safe environment. The physio-led Pilates instruction enables people who attend to progress in flexibility, core strength and quality of movment in everyday life.

6 week block at €80 for 6 classes

10 people per class
- Pre pay to confirm your place by phoning the clinic 098 25310 or dropping in during opening hours. Classes are filled on a first come first served basis.
Tuesday
- 9.30am Pilates Level 2/3 - 2 places
- 11.00am Pilates Level 1 - 6 Places
Wednesday
- 6.00pm Pilates Level 2 - Full
- 7.30pm Pilates Level 1/2 - Full
Thursday
- 9.30 am Pilates Level 1 - 1 place
- 11.00 am Pilates Level 2 - Full
- 12.30 pm Pilates Osteoporosis - 4 places
