Online Physio-led-Pilates programme

Although our preference is have people involved in a class based setting, this doesnt suit every one, perhaps the class times don't suit people due to work commitments, child minding issues, or just space available in our studio.

The Online Physio-led-Pilates classes have been created so that people have the opportunity to follow a 6 week Pilates programme at home. There is no need for any equipment, other than some floor space and a matt. We hope it will allow more people to improve their strength and flexibly in the comfort of their own homes, or even while on travelling.

The programme is set up in 6 x 45min classes. This includes:

  • Relaxation to begin and get us centred ready to focus on our bodies.
  • Warm up exercises that start to increase the flexibility of the spine.
  • Progressive exercises to build core, mobility and strength safely over a 6 week programme.
  • You also have access for 12 weeks to allow you to complete the sessions twice or if life gets in the way that you are not confined to just 6 weeks to complete.
